Privacy
What we collect (very little) and why.
This site has no ads or third-party trackers and doesn't set any cookies.
Breaking news alerts
If you sign up for alerts, we store your email address, the topics you picked, the signup and confirmation times, and the IP address used to sign up (to fight abuse). We use them only to send the alerts you asked for. We never sell or share your email. Messages go out through an email delivery provider acting on our behalf.
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe, you won't get any more alerts.
Links to other sites
Headlines link to outside publishers, and their own privacy policies apply once you're on their sites.
